How to cook Spicy Chicken Adobo
Adobo is one of the most famous dish in the Philippines. Tourists in our country often look forward on eating it. It’s super easy to make and so delicious. Spicy version of the Chicken Adobo is becoming really popular in Filipino restaurants and canteens. Add a twist on your chicken Adobo, here’s a simple dish that everyone will surely crave for.
Siling pang sigang
1. On a medium pan, add some oil and cook the garlic and onion until aromatic.
2. Add the chicken and a little water and cook for 3 mins
3. Add equal ratio of soy sauce and vinegar, Add the red chilis, chili flakes, pepper, bay leaves and sugar. Adjust taste according to preference.
4. After 30 - 45 minutes, add the green chilis
